Dr Comsa is a Respiratory and Sleep Physician with broad experience in the management of respiratory and sleep disorders. She trained at Concord Hospital, obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2003, after which she completed a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Westmead Hospital.

Since completing her postgraduate studies, she has dedicated her professional life to looking after patients with a broad spectrum of respiratory conditions.

Dr Comsa’s main areas of interest in clinical practice are chronic airway diseases, interstitial lung disease, sleep disorders (in particular Respiratory Failure) and lung cancer. She is proficient in specialized endobronchial diagnostic procedures, including endobronchial ultrasound guided biopsy and transbronchial cryobiopsy. Having worked in a very busy hospital, she has gained extensive experience in managing complex clinical problems.
